Encore at North Myrtle Beach is at 111 Teal Circle in Little River, although the land is part of Horry County and is down the road from the Crave 4 Salon & Wellness.

The land is owned by ENMB LLC, whose business address is registered in Greensboro N.C. the 22.69-acre property has a market value of about $2.04 million, according to Horry County Land Records. ENMB LLC bought the lot in 2021 for $2.2 million, according to Horry County Land Records.

The new project is currently underway in a recent hot spot for development. Next to the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex along Robert Edge Parkway, two new apartment complexes and a commercial site are either open, planned or under construction.

The Lorrel is a 270-unit apartment complex opening next to the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex with amenities like a pool, pickle ball, bocce ball and other services available to new residents.
