Ant-Man 3 writer denies leaking Marvel secrets

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania's Jeff Loveness has denied being behind any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's leaks.

The screenwriter addressed recent Twitter speculation that he was involved with a subreddit known for posting Marvel spoilers, which was recently shut down.

In response to one fan tweet commenting on the possibility of Loveness behind the leaks, Loveness replied: "Nah. That's not me. Didn't leak anything. All Bogus."

Back in September, Loveness was hired to write Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

There have been rumours this month that plans have changed, with industry insider Jeff Sneider claiming that Loveness has since left the project – though neither Loveness nor Marvel has commented on the speculation.

Loveness previously teased his inspirations behind The Kang Dynasty, telling ComicBook: "I think Avenger comics are really cool because literally every issue opens with that credo of, 'And there came a day unlike any other'.

"And so the impetus of an Avengers movie or story is like, this is a day where we need these guys, and this is a threat that we cannot handle alone.

"This is a seismic shift in the world. This is a generational event. And our old generation is gone or retired or scattered. So it compels a new generation to step up."

The future of The Kang Dynasty remains unclear at the moment, with Kang actor Jonathan Majors recently arrested on suspicion of assaulting a woman following a domestic dispute and facing multiple charges. Majors has denied all allegations.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is in cinemas now.
