Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn Team Up in First Trailer for 2017 Comedy 'Snatched'

Goldie Hawn hasn’t made a film since 2002’s The Banger Sisters, but her 15-year hiatus will end in 2017 when she co-stars with Amy Schumer next summer in Snatched, a wild and profane comedy-adventure that now has released its first trailer in both a green-band version, for all audiences (watch it above), and a much raunchier red-band version (NSFW; watch it below).

Both promos set up the basics of Snatched, directed by Jonathan Levine (The Night Before): Schumer gets dumped by her boyfriend on the eve of their trip to South America, and rather than waste her tickets, she convinces her risk-averse mom (Hawn) to join her for some fun in the sun — a decision that leads to all manner of awkward exchanges between mom and daughter over scary cat sculpture, suntan lotion, rape whistles, and more, as well as plenty of mayhem once the duo are kidnapped by criminals deep in the jungle. But the red-band trailer adds plenty of R-rated gags wiped clean from the green-band version (the funniest of which involves Hawn mishearing a resort employee offer her a “welcome” drink).

Co-starring Wanda Sykes, Christopher Meloni, Ike Barinholtz, Randall Park, Colin Quinn, Tom Bateman, and Oscar Jaenada, Snatched arrives in theaters on May 12, 2017 — which is, appropriately, Mother’s Day weekend.
