Aldi Is Selling Rose-Shaped Ice Cream In Chocolate Cones Starting Next Week

Ice cream in scoop form is delightful, but when it’s shaped like a rose? It’s so much better. But it’s not exactly something you can walk into any local ice cream shop and order. Thankfully, Aldi is selling rose-shaped ice cream cones starting next week to fill that void.

Beginning on April 28, Aldi’s frozen section will be stocked with Strawberries & Cream Rose Cones by the brand Sundae Shoppe. The “ice desserts,” as the products are called on their packaging, come in cocoa-flavored waffle cones and resemble pink roses. It looks like the strawberries and cream flavors are layered, with the cream flavor on the bottom and the strawberry flavor on top. It’ll basically end up tasting like a chocolate-covered strawberry when you get down to the cone part!

Each box comes with four rose cones and costs $3.49. Should you want to, say, make an ice cream cone bouquet with a dozen of these instead of real roses, you’ll need three boxes—which could be cheaper than an actual bouquet of 12 roses! That’s assuming you don’t want any extra. If the bouquet is a gift to someone who does not live in your household (meaning you probably won't get to share), then you’ll definitely need extra for yourself. Those are the rules! If you're not into gifting them, you can sit back and enjoy the dessert flowers.
