AEW's CM Punk has been pictured for the first time since the media scrum following All Out on September 4.

Punk was pictured on Twitter posing beside a fan with a brace on his left arm, confirming the reported injury he suffered at All Out during his AEW World Championship match with Jon Moxley.

All Out was the last time Punk was seen on AEW television. Following his match with Moxley, Punk participated in the media scrum where he addressed reports that he had used his influence to have former friend Colt Cobana moved to Ring Of Honor.

Punk then went on to call out AEW Executive Vice Presidents the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and Kenny Omega, saying: "We have irresponsible people who call themselves EVPs and couldn’t fucking manage a Target."

AEW has stayed silent on the status of Punk, the Young Bucks and Omega since the media scrum after it was reported a brawl had broken out backstage following Punk's comments.

On the following Wednesday's Dynamite the AEW World Championship, held by Punk, and the AEW World Trios Championship, held by the Bucks and Omega were all vacated. All four men have not appeared on television since All Out.

Furthermore. it was reported by Sports Illustrated that Punk, Omega and the Jacksons were all suspended indefinitely. The report was seemingly confirmed by the Bucks who changed their Twitter location to "suspended af" and put their Being The Elite show on hiatus.

There's no word yet on when Punk will return to AEW, but the Wrestling Observer reported he underwent surgery for a torn left tricep following All Out with his expecting recovery time being around eight months.
