Yahoo Movies Adam Collard responds to rumours he cheated on Paige Thorne
Love Island's Adam Collard has denied cheating on girlfriend Paige Thorne after a video on TikTok showed him with his arms around another woman.
A TikTok posted over the weekend, using footage from a private Snapchat account, featured Adam in a McDonald's with his arms wrapped around someone else after a night out.
The video has since been viewed over five million times and has attracted thousands of comments from fans, with many expressing concern over the status of Adam and Paige's relationship.
Now, the Love Islander has denied any wrongdoing. In a statement, he said that whilst he understands the video could be perceived differently, he in fact only went home with a box of 60 nuggets. 60 nuggets?! Now that is impressive.
A representative for Adam told The Sun: “Adam headed to McDonald’s after a night out with friends.
“His friends were alongside him when a group of girls asked for photos and Adam being his friendly self was open to posing and chatting to the girls, alongside other fans who wanted to chat in the same video.
“Adam understands how this video looks but wants to state that he left the restaurant with his friends and a box of 60 nuggets (with nothing or no one else) with the intention of getting home safely. Adam and Paige are currently dating and Adam only has eyes for her."
So far, Paige hasn't responded to the allegations.
The pair got together on the most recent series of Love Island, after Adam made a return half way through the series, following his time on the show in 2018.
The couple finished in fifth place this year and made their relationship official after leaving the villa. In a recent interview with FUBAR Radio (via Daily Mail) Paige said her relationship with Adam is great and he is “simping” over all the time.
