8 oz cranberry juice
2 750 mL bottles Korbel Brut, chilledInstructions

1 oz Beefeater London Dry GinInstructions
Build in a punch bowl over a large ice cube (don’t have a punch bowl? Use a vase or jar you have at home)

Toast 1 tsp cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks, and 3 cardamom pods in a saucepan over low-med heat to bring out the aroma. Add 750ml apple cider, 750ml dry white wine, 750ml white cranberry juice, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 cups cranberries, 3 sprigs rosemary, 3 sprigs thyme, and 3 sprigs oregano in stockpot then bring to simmer, keep the low simmer for about 20 min. Strain through cheesecloth and keep refrigerated.

Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Add very large ice cubes and stir. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve in flutes.

2 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1-2 tablespoon cranberry sauce
3 oz brut champagneInstructions
Combine all ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker. Shake and fine strain into glasses and top with bubbles. Garnish with candied orange peel.
