8 ‘Friends’ questions we still need answers to

Mark your calendars! After 12 years, NBC announced Wednesday that a “Friends” reunion is in the works. The two-hour special will be a tribute to legendary comedy director, James Burrows, to celebrate his recently-directed 1,000th TV show episode, and is scheduled to air on Feb. 21. This is not a drill, people!

Update: According to E! Online, Matthew Perry will not be available during the taping as he will be in rehearsals for his play “The End of Longing” in London. Perry may still be a part of the tribute through a taped message, though. The remaining five cast members will be joined by the cast of other Burrows-directed sitcoms including “Taxi,” “Cheers,” “The Big Bang Theory” and more.

Although this isn’t quite the reunion “Friends” fans were hoping for, we’re still holding out hope that there’ll be “The One With The Reunion” somewhere down the line. Especially since we have a few questions that we need answers to.
