This creative Pad Thai recipe replaces noodles with spaghetti squash. To make it, air fry a halved spaghetti squash. Then shred it into noodle shapes with a fork. Next, thinly slice a few chicken breasts and marinate them in a mixture of rice vinegar, peanut butter, soy sauce, honey and lime juice. Cook the chicken along with carrots, bell peppers and garlic. This gluten-free Mongolian beef recipe puts your slow cooker to good use. Start by slicing flank steak into strips, and toss it with corn starch. Then add the beef to your slow cooker with teriyaki sauce, water, soy sauce, grated carrots and minced garlic. Cook the beef for two to three hours. Then serve it with sautéed red peppers and mushrooms.
