1. Less than $20: These totally waterproof headphones
AirPods are great and all, but if you're someone who can't keep track of things, it can be a risk to shell out upwards of $200 on a pair of headphones. A great, affordable alternative? These MPow Flame Bluetooth headphones, which are currently marked down as low as $14.44 from their usual $19.98. Junky throwaways, however, these are not: When we tested them, our executive editor, TJ Donegan, found he liked them even better than the far pricier alternatives, because they sound great, fit wonderfully and have an earhook design that makes them stay put: While they do have a wire that connects them, they also have a leg up on the competition in the sense that they're also completely waterproof—seriously, we held them underwater for a full 30 minutes and they still worked good as new.
2. A 30% coupon: These handy, space-saving colanders
Whether you're straining boiling pasta or need a simply need catch-all dish while rinsing fruits and veggies, a good set of colanders are a must-have. In our testing of the best colander models, we found that while most require two hands (something that's not ideal when you're also holding a pot) the Joseph Joseph colander ($31.08) needed only one. This very similar Joseph Joseph set, once $29.99 is on sale for $9.99 in green. Thoughtfully designed with an easy-glide handle to fit ergonomically in your hand and three knobby feet to sit solidly in your sink without tipping, this nesting set is a total dream according to its more than 1,000 reviewers. As one shopper writes, "I have several colanders, but these are my favorite: deep, comfortable to hold, space-saving design and sturdy—everything I could want in a colander."
3. Down $30: The all-new 8th-generation iPad
Know someone that's hoping to unwrap a new Apple iPad this December? We've got good news: Amazon has slashed the price of the WiFi-only version of the 8th-generation model. Usually $329, this 32 gigabyte (GB) variation is discounted by $30 to $299 in gold. This model replaces the entry-level 7th-generation model ($418), which we loved for its bright, crisp Retina display, wide array of high-quality apps and large, on-screen keyboard.
In our review of this latest 8th generation iPad, we weren't surprised to find that it carried over many of the same features we adored from its predecessor, including a snazzy display and improved productivity. The 8th gen is also outfitted with a much speedier processor, which is powered an A12 Bionic chip over its forerunner's A10 chip: Just note this Apple tablet currently has an estimated ship date of Tuesday, December 15.
4. A $30 discount: This deluxe Instant Pot with 140,000+ reviews
Pressure cookers are the overachievers of kitchen gadgets. They allow you to make a fully cooked meal in as little as 10 to 15 minutes. All it takes is a little ingredient prep, a pop of the lid and a press of a button and you're in business. Currently, one of our absolute favorites, the Instant Pot 6-quart 9-in-1 Duo Plus, is marked down to just $89.99 from its normal retail price of $119.95.
Essentially an upgraded version of the popular Instant Pot 7-in-1 Duo 60 ($79), which we loved for its 14+ functions, including the additions of "cake," "egg" and "sterilize" setting, this machine's settings are adjustable, so you can customize the temperature of your food however you like. Another highlight is the blue LCD screen, which makes programming it much easier. It pretty much one-ups the Duo 60 in every single way, and now, it's just $10 more expensive.
5. Up to 25% off: Our favorite drip coffee maker of all time
The Technivorm Moccamaster is pretty much the Cadillac of coffee makers. Handmade in the Netherlands, this machine is known for its trademark design, elegant exterior and most importantly, its ability to brew some of the best-tasting coffee around in minutes. It's why we named it the best drip coffee maker on the market—and also why it usually comes with a hefty price tag. While it rarely goes on sale, right now, you can save big on several of the company's most popular models.
Our top pick, the 59691 KB, is currently 25% off, falling from $319 to $239.20. Meanwhile, the 59463 KBG (available in a rainbow of colors!) is down from $329 to $263.20. The 79112 KBT is also 20% off, dropping as low as $247.20 in select colors from its standard list price of $309. The main differences between them is that the KBT has a thermal carafe, which will keep your coffee hotter for longer, while the KBG and KB have a glass carafe. In addition, while the KBG and KBT have automatic brew baskets, the KB has a manual one for those who desire even more control. Regardless of which one you choose, they're some of the fastest coffee makers in the world and can brew coffee to the perfect temperature thanks to their patented copper heating element—trust us, java lovers won't want to miss out!
