This $5.9 million SC lake house property could be subdivided for two more. Take a look

The property along the shore of Lake Keowee was one of just a few tracts not owned by Duke Energy when the lake was built in 1971 to service the Oconee Nuclear Station.

The Angelini family bought the five acres in 1982 and built a craftsman-style house — a rather large craftsman — in 2011.

Now the house and 4.75 acres — they are holding back some of the property for their neighbors — is for sale. Asking price $5.9 million.

One of the unusual features of this property is it comes with the opportunity to divide it into two more lakefront home sites, listing agent Patti Cason of KW Realty in Seneca said.
