This $48 Million Miami Beach Condo Has 3,500 Square Feet of Wraparound Terracing
From Biscayne Bay to Coconut Grove, high-rise condos in Miami appear to be a dime a dozen. But they begin to differ greatly as you consider their amenities and, of course, waterfront views. A gallery-like listing at The Apogee on Miami Beach just came to market for $48 million, and the 7,300-square-foot pad takes distinction to dizzying new heights.
Located on the 17th floor, the spacious apartment spans half the floor with 270-degree views of South Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and Downtown Miami. Five ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms, plus two half baths, are featured in the renovated home that uses elegant millwork to create warmth in its open-air spaces. Fisher Island and the Government Cut shipping channel can also be viewed from its 12-feet-deep, double-wraparound terrace.

Following a short ride in your private elevator, doors open to the foyer. The wide hallway lies ahead of the entrance, with lots of space for displaying artwork. Earthy hues complement the home’s wood detailing, which is stylishly executed across the kitchen cabinetry and indeed the cabinetry seen throughout.
There are two main public spaces, both with designated areas for entertaining and relaxing. The first is where you’ll find the main kitchen, a family lounge area, and another seating area ideal for hosting guests. All three are filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and towering ceilings.
The other large area, with a couple of wooden display cabinets, is easily used to accommodate additional living and dining areas. Elsewhere in the residence, the light-filled primary bedroom features a marble-clad ensuite bathroom with two sinks and showers. The room also lets out onto a private balcony with unobstructed views of Fisher Island.
Other luxe amenities include a butler’s pantry, Lutron lighting controls, electronic window treatments, a chef/catering kitchen, and a laundry room set next to a temperature-controlled wine cellar. The listing’s expansive terrace spans nearly 3,500 square feet, with excessive space for comfortable lounge seating.
Aside from offering a front-row seat to Miami sunsets, the condo transfers with two private air-conditioned garages within the building. Residents also have access to the on-site creature comforts: a fitness center, a spa, an infinity-edge pool, and an outdoor party pavilion. Some of the city’s top restaurants, like Carbone and Prime 112, are also located just steps away for memorable off-site meals.
For more details, contact Devin Kay of Douglas Elliman, who holds the listing with Laura Preuss-Kühne, Dana Rothman, and Melissa Cuc.
