Clearly someone is ready for the holiday weekend! The 46-year-old actress sported the festive blue gingham swimsuit from Draper James x Lands' End. She captioned the photo: "If 'vacation' were a swimsuit 👙🍹🏄🏼♀️," which is honestly super accurate. This has Fourth of July beach day written all over it.

Although the challenge has a "choose your own adventure" aspect to it, Reese shared what one day looked like for her: She alternated walking at a 1 percent incline for three minutes at 3.5-4 miles per hour and running for two minutes at 5.5-6 miles per hour for 30 minutes, according to Shape.
