  • Natalie Portman just showed off her toned legs and arms in two mini dresses.

  • The 41-year-old actress went live on Jimmy Kimmel before attending the Thor: Love and Thunder premiere.

Everyone was doing double takes on Thursday after Natalie Portman was spotted in two different mini dresses ahead of the premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder. The starlet first stepped out in a black ab-bearing open-back cut-out mini dress for the filming of Jimmy Kimmel Live before changing into a glittering number for the red carpet later that evening.

Natalie kept her hair in a bun for both events, but she transitioned her makeup look from a soft neutral pallet with light blush to a bold lip and brown shadow cat-eye that gave major Marvel energy.

And while I'm obsessed with both outfits, I can't get over how toned she looks! If you're curious to know what Natalie does to stay so fit, read on.

For starters, weights played a big role in Natalie's Thor transformation. She worked with trainer Naomi Pendergast for four months prior to shooting and continued to work together throughout as well, she told Vanity Fair.

"We did a lot of weight training and a lot of protein shakes—heavyweight training that I haven’t ever done before," she explained. "Of course, I’ve never really aimed to get bulky. It was very physical, so it was a lot of both agility work and also strength work."

But it wasn't always easy to find motivation to get to the gym, especially after months of the pandemic. "I’m, like, super tired after working out. And during. And dreading before," she explained on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

When she's not filming, she's going on hour-long runs up to three times a week, according to Women's Health UK. Other days, she does gyrotonics and pretty much anything yoga-related. "I used to do Ashtanga, but now I’ll just get there, and I’ll try anything," she said. "Whatever class is [on] at the right time," she told WH.

As for her diet, Natalie has been vegan for years. "A lot of people think we're eating alfalfa, so I like showing that there's really delicious, varied, easy things that you can do at home that your kids will eat that are plant-based," she told Jimmy Fallon. "I've been lucky enough to learn a lot of other people I admire a lot."

Keep crushing it, Natalie!
