Jessica Biel is living it up in the City of Love with hubby Justin Timberlake, and she's looking so happy and glowy.
The actress, 40, donned a blazer and bra-top to attend Paris Fashion Week, putting her sculpted abs on full display for everyone to see.
Jessica is a big yogi, and she also grows her own produce, because of course she does!
ICYMI, Paris Fashion Week is happening right this second, and celebrities are turning up in droves to celebrate. One couple making a scene in the City of Love? Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, of course. The duo turned out to check out the Kenzo Menswear Spring Summer 2023 show, and Jessica was showing off some seriously epic abs.
The two posed for pics outside the show, with Justin wearing a Kenzo logo button-down over another button down, and Jessica working a cool suit jacket-pants combo over a black bra-top. The Candy star accessorized the whole thing with black shades, a beret, and abs of steel.
Jessica also dropped a few pics from her Paris adventure on Instagram, flashing those same strong abs. People lost it in the comments and fair. “You look PERFECT😍😍😍😍,” one wrote. “Jessica 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️,” another said.
OK, but how did the mom of two get those impressive abs? Jessica is big on yoga—something she’s been practicing for more than a decade. In fact, she makes time to do 20 to 30 minutes of yoga every day. “It's become so much more than an exercise—more of a stress reliever and a life calmer," she told Women’s Health. "It just helps me with everything that I have to do in my life."
The 40-year-old isn’t ~just~ a yogi, though. “I love working out with a trainer, doing circuit work and strengthening,” she said. “I think the lengthening and internal breathing you get from yoga, [in addition to] strength training of weights and circuits and cardiovascular, to me that’s the perfect combination.”
Oh! And she exercises with Justin, too. “I love working out with friends, and partners, and my husband—it’s so much more fun to do it with someone else, you feel like you have a partner in crime, and you’re not there alone,” she told WH.
Justin jokingly referred to the two as “swolemates” at the end of 2021 next to a video of himself and Jessica doing a pretty impressive ab workout, so apparently this is a pretty common thing for them.
Naturally, Jessica eats lots of healthy and nutritious foods, too. “We’ll start off with Paleo pancakes with some cashew or almond butter on top with some local honey, and we like chicken-apple sausage, and then maybe a fresh juice from the Juicero machine, which we love, we have some green tea with honey – that’s a pretty normal morning for me,” she told The Los Angeles Times.
She also likes to DIY her produce. “If I’m home for lunch, I run out to the garden and grab some leaves and throw together a quick salad, maybe throw some quinoa in there or something, or I like these veggie burgers that you can get from Whole Foods or Erewhon and you can grill it up and throw it on top with some nuts,” she told the paper.
Dinner is usually salmon or chicken, rice, or grilled veggies, she shared. But, overall, she tends to steer clear of gluten and dairy. “Honestly I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,” she said. “My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy… .” But, she said, she’s not super strict about it, noting that, “of course I have cheat-days and will go out and have, like, cookies and pizza.”
