21-year-old mom vanishes leaving bar with customer, Texas family says. ‘Want her home’
A 21-year-old woman has been missing for a week after leaving a Texas bar where she worked, family members say.
Deundrea Ford was last seen walking out of Divas Bikini Sports Bar and Grill in Houston, according to the Black & Missing Foundation. She reportedly left with an unknown man she was seen speaking to.
Family members said Ford worked at the bar for a few weeks, and workers are told to not leave with any customers, KHOU reported.
Surveillance footage from Sept. 21 captured her talking to a man and a woman at the bar, then leaving with the man in a white van, according to the Houston Chronicle. She was in the van for more than an hour before it drove off at 2:30 a.m., the Black & Missing Foundation said.
“I’m confident that something’s not right. This is not her normal behavior,” her uncle, Kevin Carriere, told KHOU.
Ford has a 4-year-old son, and Ford’s grandmother told KPRC it is uncharacteristic for her to leave her son behind.
She reportedly called a friend at 2 a.m. the night she went missing, but that call was missed, according to the foundation.
“If someone is holding her against her will, please know that law enforcement is on your trail,” Carriere told KPRC.
Ford is described as 5 feet, 4 inches, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She has a floral tattoo sleeve on her right arm, as well as tattoos on her right shoulder, right thigh, forearm and hand.
She was last seen wearing a black tank top and tan pants, police said.
Anyone with information about Ford’s whereabouts is asked to contact Houston police at 832-394-1840.
“I just hope that if anyone has her they release her and let her come home. We just want her home,” Ford’s grandmother, Bridgette Carriere, told KHOU.
