Guess what Lt. Stephanie Holden from 'Baywatch' looks like now

Baywatch is making waves again this year with the Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron-fronted flick, but even with new faces on the beach, it's hard to forget the beloved characters from the original 1990s series, "Baywatch."

Do you remember? Alexandra Paul aka Lt. Stephanie Holden on "Baywatch"

Key role: Paul played the sexy yet serious Stephanie Holden who had a very complicated romantic past with head lifeguard, Mitch Buchannon. Holden came to the show in Season 3 and it was revealed that she and Mitch had been together before, but she left him and never gave him an explanation for her abrupt departure other than she was still married. She and Mitch ultimately become super close friends and rule the beach together until she meets an untimely end when she tries to save a teenager on a boat and the boat's mast falls on her and crushes her.

So what happened to Alexandra in real life? Well, she didn't fair too badly at all. After she left "Baywatch," she moved onto other starring roles on TV shows like "L.A Fire" and "Melrose Place." She then switched to longer projects and starred in a handful of Lifetime movies and has been working her entire career. She married triathlete and writer/actor Ian Murray and they've been happily wed since 2000.

Guess what she looks like now! Paul definitely has good genes because she doesn't look all that different than she did in her young career. The fit former model still is camera-ready and has hosted several environmental and outdoor shows. Her hair is longer now, but she looks just as sexy now as she did in a red swimsuit in the 1990s.
