David Beckham to buy Matt Damon's £11.5m Florida holiday home?
David Beckham is reportedly eyeing up Matt Damon's £11.5 million holiday home in Florida as a new Stateside base.
According to The Sun, he's working on a deal with a new Major League football team and stadium in Miami - and needs a place to stay and enjoy while he's there.
A source told the paper: "David's advisers have lined up several properties for him to view and Matt's is one of the best available.
"He's going to be spending a lot of time here and needs a base big enough for him, Victoria and all the kids."
The property should be lavish enough for the Beckhams, boasting seven bedrooms, a pool, a cinema, and A-list neighbours including baseball star Alex Rodriguez and Bee Gee Barry Gibb.
The house is located on Biscayne Bay and has its own dock, as well as 10 bathrooms and a wine cellar spread over its 12,705 square feet.
According to the Daily Mail, Matt and his wife Luciana bought the property eight years ago for $10.3 million ( around £6.1 million).
The paper also recently reported on how David and Victoria just splashed out on a lavish new £30 million home in Kensington.
