Chicken was observed being thawed in a microwave instead of being thawed under refrigeration or under cold water at a KFC at 2011 South Las Vegas Trail in White Settlement. The restaurant received 13 demerits.

No restaurant received over 29 demerits. Restaurants receiving more than 29 demerits require a follow-up inspection. No restaurant had a follow-up inspection.
