      The “Black Swan” actress was a white knight for a man who collapsed while working at her L.A. home. According to TMZ, the man suffered a seizure, coughing up blood, vomiting, and biting through his tongue. The 28-year-old came to the rescue of the 50-year-old: She turned his head so he would not choke, and had a friend call 911. Paramedics took the man to the hospital, where he made a full recovery.
