The mash-up between the 'Dark Knight Rises' and 'Lion King' trailers works surprisingly well

There's a rule on the Internet: If you add Batman to anything, it can only get better. In what is likely the first of many examples of "The Dark Knight Rises" trailer remixes, YouTube user MovieMaestroTen has brilliantly synced the audio from the Christopher Nolan's Bat-trailer with scenes from Disney's 1994 animated hit "The Lion King." Simba stands in for Bruce Wayne, Nala for Catwoman, and Scar for Bane. The resulting mashup is far better than it has any right to be.

So, either "The Lion King" was way more intense than you remember, or MovieMaestroTen has some serious editing chops. The remix does work surprisingly well, but let's see him try it with "Pocahontas." You can watch the original, un-Disney-fied trailer for "The Dark Knight Rises" below.
