Cue the celebrating from Tatooine to Coruscant - another "Star Wars" movie is coming!
On Monday, the Walt Disney Company announced that it will acquire Lucasfilm from George Lucas in a deal worth $4.05 billion.
But more importantly to "Star Wars" fans, a seventh film in the franchise has been announced.
"Episode 7," which would pick up after the events of 1983's "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi," is slated for release in 2015.

But will Luke, Han, Leia, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2 appear in the upcoming movie?
Details about the movie's plot and characters - and when exactly the movie will pick up following the events in "Jedi" - were not release.
In addition to a seventh film, Disney also announced plans for further feature films in the galactic saga.
