In the late 1950's, Perry and Luke are stuck in a small northern Saskatchewan, Canada town so isolated they can only hear the radio from the roof of the house. One night, they pick up a New York rock radio station. The DJ is running a contest. If you can name 30 songs in 30 seconds, you and a friend can win a trip to New York to see a rock and roll show. If they can somehow figure out all the songs, Luke and Perry believe it might be their ticket out of town.
