The mystery of a psychotic who is terrorizing Manhattan is linked to the activity of a low-budget film crew. When the crew realizes that a serial killer is loose on the set, the director refuses to close down the production because he does not have a completion bond. The show must go on, no matter how high the corpses pile up.
