Kevin Costner Embraces His Dark Side in the ’3 Days to Kill’ Poster

Kevin Costner's career is as hot right now as it's ever been. After his Golden Globe-winning performance in last year's "Hatfields & McCoys," Costner has been on a tear. He was the emotional center of this summer's "Man of Steel" as Superman's earthly father, Jonathan Kent. And in 2014 he's shifting into overdrive.

After he mentors Chris Pine's inexperienced CIA agent in January's "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit," he'll be leading his own spy game in the thriller "3 Days to Kill." In it, Costner plays an international operative hoping to get out of the business and spend some quality time with his estranged teenage daughter (Hailee Steinfeld of "True Grit"). But to do that, he'll have to neutralize one of the world's most dangerous terrorists.

Check out the first poster reveal for "3 Days to Kill," and come back to Yahoo Movies on Tuesday at noon ET/9 am PT for the exclusive trailer premiere.
